The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data, particularly when you visit this website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our data protection declaration listed under this text.

This data protection declaration explains to our customers and other users the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider on this website. The legal basis of data protection can be found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and use your personal data exclusively within the framework of these provisions. Personal data means any information relating to an identifiable or identified natural person.

2.   Processing and storage period of your data

a. Type and scope of processing of personal data

Your data is mainly collected when you communicate it to us. This can, for example, be data that you send us by e-mail from the contact form. For data processing in a contractual relationship, we refer to the explanations in our contract.

Other data is automatically recorded by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data. This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. Insofar as personal data is collected on this website, this is done either on the basis of your express consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR, or to fulfill a contract between us and our customers in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b GDPR. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymous data sets.

We delete your personal data

  • if you revoke your consent to storage,

  • when they are no longer needed

  • if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

IP anonymization takes effect on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases will the IP address first be transmitted unabridged to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. The user's IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google. 6.   Social plugins (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)

So-called "social plugins" are used on www.christel-lechner.de , www.christellechner.de , www.alltagsmenschen.de and www.lechnerhof.art to inform our interested parties about our services and to communicate with you via these channels .

Currently these are the plugins of the services Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Data, including personal data, can be sent to the US service providers via these plugins and used by them if necessary.

 

The service provider then receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our online offer. You do not need to have an account with this service provider or be logged in there. If you are logged in to the service provider, this data will be assigned directly to your account. If you click on one of the social plugins and, for example, link the page, the service provider also saves this information in your user account and communicates this publicly to your contacts.

If you do not want your profile to be associated with the service provider, you must log out before clicking on one of the social plugins.

The person responsible has no influence on whether and to what extent the service providers collect personal data. We are also not aware of the scope, purpose and storage period of the data collection. It must be assumed that at least the IP address and device-related information will be recorded and used. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest in communicating with our prospects and customers and in the analysis and further development of services and products as well as the improvement of business processes (Art. 6 Para.1 lit. f DSGVO).

YouTube

We embed videos on our website. The content of these videos is stored directly on the platforms and linked on our site. If you call up such a video, the IP address, technical information such as browser, operating system and basic device information as well as the website you visited will be communicated. In addition, we have embedded the YouTube videos in a data protection-friendly manner in “extended data protection mode”.

Personal data is only transferred when you call up a video. Only then will a server connection to YouTube be established and a corresponding cookie set, which is used to save your settings. By calling up the videos, you leave our area and enter the external platform of YouTube, which is beyond our sphere of influence.

Before you call up a video, you will be informed about it again. If you have an account with the provider of the video service, this may identify you. You can avoid this by logging out of your account before playing a video.

The legal basis for activating these videos is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which is related to your consent to the use of cookies ( cookie page ).

ReCAPTCHA

Purpose and Legal Basis

We use Google's reCAPTCHA service. With reCaptcha, a JavaScript element is integrated into the source text, which loads the software in the background and analyzes your user behavior. The data is already being used and analyzed before you click the "I'm not robots" checkbox. Google calculates a score based on the data, which is used on the one hand to understand whether the visitor is a human being or whether the entries are made improperly by automated, machine processing (e.g. bots). On the other hand, it also serves to prevent fraudulent mass orders, which can lead to risks in the company's infrastructure. ReCAPTCHA also offers protection for our customers from becoming a potential victim of cyber crime.

6b. Facebook pixels

On www.christel-lechner.de , the so-called "Facebook Pixel", a service of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. (hereinafter referred to as: “Facebook”). Facebook Pixel enables Facebook to display our ads on Facebook, so-called "Facebook Ads", only to those Facebook users who have visited our website, in particular those who have shown interest in our online offering. Facebook pixel also makes it possible to check whether a user has been redirected to our website after clicking on our Facebook ads. Among other things, Facebook Pixel uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your end device. If you are logged into your Facebook user account, your visit to our online offering will be noted in your user account. The data collected about you is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, this data can be linked by Facebook to your user account there. If you have given your consent to the storage of Facebook pixels, this is done on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR for marketing and optimization purposes, in particular to place ads that are relevant and interesting to you on Facebook and thus improve our offer , to make it more interesting for you as a user and to avoid annoying ads.

Since personal data is transferred to the USA, further protective mechanisms are required to ensure the data protection level of the GDPR. In order to ensure this, we have agreed standard data protection clauses with the provider in accordance with Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR. These oblige the recipient of the data in the USA to process the data in accordance with the level of protection in Europe.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The data will be deleted no later than 3 months after it was collected.

You can object to the aforementioned collection by Facebook Pixel and the use of your data to display Facebook ads. You can make the relevant settings for which types of advertisements are displayed to you within Facebook on the following Facebook website:  https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads . We would like to point out that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies.

 

7.   system security

We maintain up-to-date technical measures to ensure data security. These measures serve in particular to protect your personal data from access by unauthorized third parties. We adapt our protection mechanisms to the current state of the art.

If you are asked to enter personal data within our online offer, the data transmission over the Internet always takes place using TLS encryption. This encryption is intended to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining possession of your data.

 

a. External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This can in particular be IP addresses, meta and communication data, website access and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f DSGVO ).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and will follow our instructions in relation to this data.

 

8th.   Your rights

  • a. Request information on the categories of data processed, processing purposes, any recipients of the data, the planned storage period (Article 15 GDPR);

  • b. to request the correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);

  • c. to revoke a given consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR);

  • i.e. to object to data processing that is to take place on the basis of a legitimate interest for reasons that arise from your particular situation (Article 21 (1) GDPR);

  • e. in certain cases within the scope of Article 17 GDPR to request the deletion of data - in particular if the data is no longer required for the intended purpose or is being processed unlawfully, or you revoke your consent in accordance with (c) above or file an objection in accordance with (c) above d) have declared;

  • f. to request the restriction of data under certain conditions if deletion is not possible or the obligation to delete is disputed (Article 18 GDPR);

  • G. to data transferability, i.e. you can receive the data you have provided to us in a common machine-readable format such as CSV and, if necessary, transmit it to others (Article 20 GDPR).
